There are times in our lives when we feel stuck, lost or “off”. There are other moments when trauma occurs, big transitions take place, or a specific challenge is in front of us. Connecting with a therapist for support can help you to process and gain clarity with what is happening in your life. Through the process of looking at internal and external obstacles keeping you stuck, therapy can help you learn to make choices that are more in line with your values, find a greater sense of peace, and manage the “hard” that comes with being human.
As an experienced therapist, I work with individuals on a wide range of challenging life issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-compassion, and identity. I also specialize in working with teenagers and parents.

INDIVIDUAL TALK THERAPY
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

GROUP THERAPY
Being part of a group is an excellent way to learn new skills, develop self-confidence, feel more connected, and develop a better understanding of how to deal with the many difficulties life presents. Typically, meetings run weekly for 6-10 weeks in a row.
